Genji is good button bashing fun and Gundam TiS is much better than most of the reviews suggest. Quite a tactical shooter it is.

Did notice a mistake (of sorts) in The Metro tho - under a bit about comic character deaths they mention Captain marvel. Now to me, when i hear the name i think of "The Worlds Mightiest Mortal" who is still alive (in fact theres two mini series about him right now - Trails of Shazam and Shazam and the Monster Society of Evil). Guess they must mean the Marvel comic charecter Captain Mar Vell (which they only created so they could nip in and nick the rights to using Captain Marvel on he front page of comics while legal issue prevented the other, proper Captain Marvel from been printed)

Thanks for ruining the ending (or should i say the after effects) of Civil War for me. Really. I appreciate it.

Yes, i have both versions of Zelda now, lol...

Notice the slight differences between the covers. Plus the rather silly "Only for Gamecube" bit on the GC version, oops!

Sonic rocks muchly btw. Best 3d Sonic, since, well ever really.

Comic book writer Mark Millar (The Ultimates, Civil War amongst others) thinks games are for "pedos".

But i think the 2000AD artist (Ian Gibson) has a point (well till he says games cant tell stories), unlike Mr Mark Miller there.

She one of my fave DC comics super hero tho and not because of that, but because of her back story and such (fave in case anyone is wondering is Captain Marvel. He rocks)

Ah! My Goddess TV vol 1 and IGPX vol 3.

IGPX vol 3 had a very interesting extra on it - an interview with Mark Hamill. Did you know that the Joker in Batman TAS was going to British at one point? Till they got him to dub over it (and play the Joker in other eps), and one of the most memorable performances in American cartoons was born.

Anyone whos waiting to see The Shadow Chronicles - lets just say it doesnt disapoint. Brilliant, brilliant stuff. Plus they went the extra mile and got as much of the cast from Robotech back (aside from one iirc), and yes, that is Scott Barnard on the front cover.

The Uncanny X-Men Dark Phoenix Pocket book (think digest size for any fellow comic fans reading this, i think the Marvel pocketbooks are UK only) and Contact. Which is the first RPG ive got for the DS! And its great :D

Superman Returns: The Prequals. Pretty good this is, the Lex Luthor story is the best, with the Martha Kent story in a very close second. The Lois Lane one seemed to fly in the face of the revaltions of the film, unless she started dating Richard White very quickly after Superman disappeared....

I traded my old DS in towards this. Great screen, much clearer than the DS's one.

Oh yeah, i have new Friend codes now (of course), but i cant remember if i actually have any of my LJ friends on any of my DS games. Might have one or two Mario Kart DS owners friend codes..... Ill make a friend-only post with all my friend codes once ive checked em.

Watched a few of the 40s Superman cartoons from the Superman boxset this morn with dad (while he was waiting for the turkey to cook). Good old fashioned fun, and i love how Clark Kent says "This looks like a job for.... SUPERMAN"

Me rushing to my room now, to catch the first part of the Vicar of Dibley Special... Cant belive theres a half hour on tv with nothing good on tho, im watching the US version of Godzilla right now... sigh.
