Got the TV Tuner fully set up now. I was hoping to use a splitter and use the output on the back of the sky digital box, but for some reason the output on the back and the in on the splitter are the same plug. Not too sure why. So until i can get a converter ive replaced the old unused splitter on the main aerial socket with the new one and connected to there.

Still works well, but i cant get any of the channels transmtted on ITVs transponder. Which means no ITV 1-4, Channel 4, E4 and more4.

The aerial used for the living room is the oldest one in the house, so age may be a reason. We have an unused one still up there, so might try changing to that one to see if it makes a difference, if not ill have to pick up a signal booster.

Heres a pic of it, its tiny. If it wasnt for the fact that the eMac's USB ports have a lack of free space around them i wouldnt need the little USB extension lead you can see.

The window you can just see behind the viewing window is the Programs window, which lists all the TV channels, lets you switch between analogue and digital. look at the DVB TV Guide and set recordings/view recordings etc.
